Report Provides More Evidence That Apple Will Offer iPad 2 Along With iPad 3
It is widely speculated that when Apple launches iPad 3, it will continue to offer iPad 2 as the entry level iPad. A report by Taiwanese publication DigiTimes provides some more evidence to that theory.

Selling an iPad 2 with only 8GB doesn't make sense to me, put in an expansion slot for a flash card then maybe (but that will never happen).

what doesn't make sense? If you need more than 8GB you buy the ipad3.With iTunes match your music is streamed to the iPad 2. Since signing up for iTunes match, I haven't needed more than about 5-6 GB of space, and thats when I have a ton of games on it. As a internet surfer, ebook reader, textbook library, and classroom notebook, it doesn't need more than 4GB.
