iPhone Dev Team Release Alternative Command Line Tool (CLI) to Jailbreak iPhone 4S and iPad 2
Following up with the release of greenpois0n Absinthe to jailbreak iPhone 4S and iPad 2, iPhone Dev team has released the command line version of the tool, which is for the technically inclined and should help in troubleshooting issues.

But still nothing for windows users :( pretty upset... but I don't blame anyone, gotta be patient. I updated my jailbroken ipad2 running ( 4.3.3) to 5.0.1 and my iphone 4S patiently waiting for my turn :) Please Dev Team, make us happy too 8^(

theres a cli version that supports windows but its kinda hard to use for unexperienced users

Because they use Xcode to find the jailbreak on the devices. Only available on MAC. Once they learn how to do it. Then it takes another person to make it into a windows program. Mac is done first, windows port comes second. Its just how it works.

i just jailbroke my iphone 4s using cli on windows and it worked flawlessy ;)
