Go to cydia tap on manage tab then tap simple...and then search for libhide then reinstall it... It worked on my iphone 4s...

I had the same problem but after installing iWipe Cache every thing was back normal

I was having the problem with several icons... cydia, camera, and weather. Just downloaded iWipeCache and it fixed everything!

I had this issue with my iTunes icon.. After rebooting and doing hard resets for about 20 times... Nothing fixed the problem...I downloaded iRetiner GUI and it worked like a charm...Thanks, I was going crazy and was about to the a factory reset...
