Leaked Photos Reveal iPad 3 With Quad-Core A6 Chip And LTE
BGR reports that Apple's next generation iPad could come with a A6 quad-core chipset and support LTE speeds.
BGR reports that the information is based on information they could gather from photos that were sent to them by a source who claims to have access to an iPad 3 prototype.

It all depends on apps - if there are apps, which will be able to do some essential tasks on ipad3, which can't be done on ipad2, I might consider - otherwise its totally dumb to buy a new device just because it has faster processing speeds when there is no cool software features utilising that.

Great to have a quad-core chip, but I do need some translation. What would this chip be capable of in comparison to the current A5? Only faster, or could some more OS apps be ported to IOS?

Trust me apple loves these leaks they love anything that builds interest in their products. I would not be surprised if the stolen iphone 4 was a gimmick set up by apple.
