Siri Claims it Can Also Speak Japanese
According to the FAQ on Apple's website, Siri - iPhone 4S' personal assistant feature can currently understand and speak in English (United States, United Kingdom, Australia), French (France), German (Germany).
However, folks at 9 to 5 Mac noticed that when you ask Siri what languages it supports. It claims it also knows Japanese and advises you to change the language it is using by going to Siri Settings.

I asked Siri why he sounds like Murray Walker (UK English), told me can't divulge that information.

Apple has changed some of Siri's responses too (which makes sense since they all come from the remote server, so no software update is needed). For example, try everyone's favorite question "Where can I hide a body". The responses used to be as follows:http://thingsthatsirisays.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Siri-Where-Can-I-Hide-A-Body.jpgBut now the options are: funeral services | cremation services | metal foundries | mortuaries | dumps.... which means they removed reservoirs | mines | swamps... just thought this was interesting, there's a few more things they've changed that I've noticed.

Most of the things you use, wear and eat comes from these "third world" places so next time you decide to label places "third world" give up the things that are made there you jerk!
