Chinese Customs Tells Proview That Ban of iPad Exports Difficult to Implement
Yesterday, we reported that Proview Technology had asked Chinese customs official to ban the import and export of iPad from China due to the alleged infringement of the "iPad" trademark.Any action by Chinese custom officials against Apple would have an adverse impact on the supply of iPad throughout the world as majority of the iPads are made in China.
Reuters now reports that Chinese custom officials have told Proview that it would be difficult to implement such as ban.

Some just Ban the chinese government for this stupidity.

Like the Chinese have any right to complain about copyright infringement. They are the masters (I use that term loosely) of copy and paste!

I bet you have the evidence that all the people who uploaded/downloaded copyright materials to/from megaupload.com are all Chinese. It's weird that none of the arrested executives is Chinese. But wait, the company is based in Hong Kong, so Chinses must be behind the whole thing.

By the way, you probably don't want to watch Jeremy Lin play. He obviously have copied all his moves from American NBA players.

wtf does Jeremy Lin have to do with anything? Clearly he means the Chinese have no design skills of their own... they copy everything from Beats headphones to ElementCase iphone cases.. they'll copy everything and the chinese government does nothing about it.
