Apple Releases Developer Preview of OS X Mountain Lion; Includes Popular Apps And Features From iPad
Apple has released a developer preview of their next generation Mac OS X (10.8) dubbed OS X Mountain Lion with over 100 new features.
OS X Mountain Lion not surprisingly will include a number of popular apps and features such as Messages, Notes, Reminders, Game Center, Notification Center, Share Sheets, Twitter integration and AirPlay Mirroring from iPad.

I am looking at getting my first Mac, but an trying to time it right. i am ready to buy now, but all this talk about a new OS and new Intel chip makes me think I need to wait. Any suggstions? Does anyone have any ideas as to when the next iMac will be released?

You are better off waiting until June-July this year. Apple is widely expected to launch redesigned MacBooks and iMacs.

The Gatekeeper makes it very convenient to get the precise apps that the user needs. It makes a great accompaniment to the whole system. But I'm still looking for something else out of the Mac to convince myself of buying it. Further posts about it would be appreciated. Thanks for informing us.
