Apple TV Disappears From Best Buy's Website; Launch of Next Gen Apple TV Imminent?
AppleInsider has discovered that the second generation Apple TV is no longer available on Best Buy's website, which is leading to speculations that Apple could launch the next generation Apple TV soon.AppleInsider reports:
Though BestBuy.com carried Apple's set-top box as recently as the 2011 holiday season, the device was nowhere to be found on the retailer's website as of early Friday.

A Chinese company owns the rights to "Apple TV" and is suing Apple to have it removed from Best Buy's around the world and other retail stores.

if I'm not mistaken, I believe that this Chinese company warned Apple to not name a television set "iTV" as they own the rights to it, not "Apple TV".

i think ''iTV'' is for BBC and im not too sure about the Apple TV chinese thing...do you have a link or something ?
