I have what Installer says is the most recent version of SwirlyMMS (0.3.8), and I can't find how to recieve MMS. Is it hidden somewhere? Has my Installer suddenly decided to stop showing updates?

I downloaded the iLiberty and tried installing that, it just kept saying it had to put my iPhone into recovery mode, but acted like it couldn't work when it really did. I than had to restore all the settings.
Can anyone help me out? I just really want this one application but don't understand how to get it.
