Apple Files Complaint Against Motorola With EU Authority For Violating FRAND Terms
Apple has complained to the European Commission that Motorola is violating the FRAND (fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory) terms around its standard-essential wireless patents, according to AppleInsider.

Doesn't the case only involve iPhones in Germany, at most Europe? If so, I'm sure the sales would not be $90 billion. And a 3G patent seems vital for a smartphone so not sure 2.5% is a huge amount.
