Shanghai Court Rejects Proview's Request to Ban Sale of Apple's iPad
Apple finally has some success in a Chinese court over the iPad trademark dispute with Proview. We reported yesterday that Apple and Proview had a court hearing in Shanghai.
Reuters has just reported that the People'c court in Shanghai has ruled in Apple's favor and has refused to grant an injunction banning the sale of Apple's iPad.

So every state has its own ruling?

The united states has regional rulings, hence appeals courts. There are federal courts, which have juristriction(?) over a small area, appeals courts over a large area (IE the loony left wing 9th circuit court whose rulings eventually get overturned), then the supreme court which rules over the entire country. So according to the 9th circuit court, gay marriage ban is unconstitutional(where does it say that?) so any state that falls in its juristiction cannot ban gay marriage, anywhere else in the country it can be banned by individual states.

Fas (the first one) probably meant "region in China" by "sate" ... this article is not about the Unites States.
