DisableLaunch Jailbreak Tweak Allows You to Prevent Someone From Launching Apps
DisableLaunch is a new jailbreak tweak that allows you to prevent someone from launching apps on your iOS device.
While DisableLaunch does not allow you to password protect your apps like Lockdown Pro (one of our favorite jailbreak apps that unfortunately doesn't work in iOS 5), it is a useful tweak if you want to prevent someone like your kids from launching apps on your iOS device.

Funny, that just happened to me. I knew how to get out of it. Go int Safemode and then you can bring up Cydia to remove the app. Your idevice should be working fine. That is 1 of 2 issues resolved. The 2nd issue is, if you install the app again, the same settings are there. I need help on that one, how to reset the settings for DisableLaunch.

Try searching in ifile go all the way back to the main folder / then search the name of the tweak in hierarchy and delete any thing that pops up with the tweak name it should delete any settings left behind Or contact the developer thru Cydia and ask him how to do it or to fix in a update

If you've disabled your apps by mistake and havent set an activation mode double tap the home button to get the background apps and then click on the settings button. it should take you back to the disablelaunch screen and you can disable it or set an activation method. THATS if you didnt disabled mulitasking. Good thing i discovered this coz i was in panic mode for a second there thinking i was gonna to have to restore my phone.
