What you should do is Boot Tethered in Redsn0w, try your safari and stocks and mail and see if it works, if they do then i dont know

i used 2.9.3 but every time i click on cydia it immediately closes back out, any help?p.s. when i use redsn0w it says that my phone isnt in dfu mode even when it is...thanks

download windows virtual PC and build yourself a Virtual PC based on x86 for windows 7 and you can JB using that.

snowbreeze didnot work for my ipod touch 4g. was able to create custom ipsw. able to restore to the custom firmware. but final product is no custom firmware. cydia not working. supposed to be tethered. but i can turn it on and off with no need for ibooty. must be itunes, kept on verifying the damn restore process.any ideas?

what you guys need to do is download the latest version of redsnow supported by your device. Once the program is going click select ipsw and use the apple version of the ipsw then just boot tethered and everything should start working.
