New iPad Will be Available in 25 New Countries Including Netherlands, Denmark, Mexico, Sweden on March 23rd
Apple's new iPad goes on sale in the U.S, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and the UK; along with Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands at 8:00 am on Friday, March 16th.

Nope, new iPad is only compatible with LTE in the US and Canada.
