New iPad Benchmarks Reveal Significant Improvement in Graphics Performance
We've already seen the unboxing photos and video, benchmark results, screenshots and photos from the new iPad posted by Tinthe - a Vietnamese website.
It looks like Hong Kong based PCM Online have also managed to get their hands on the new iPad, couple of days before the launch date.

"got their hands in the new iPhone ? "

Looks like they got the photos wrong in the "Still photo comparison from new iPad and iPad 2". ??

Off screen test is for the performance of graphic processor. But, we should know the actual/practical performance on screen. The reason why people worry about the performance, it is the retina display. Everybody can guess easily that the quad core is faster than dual core.

Maybe Vsync will disturb to get the actual performance ?

Am I the only one who keeps asking himself the same question every year? I mean come on, Apple has been making tiny 160GB ipods classic like 100 years ago, but in 2012, they are getting out with 8 times bigger but 10 times less storage capacity 16GB iPads. What is the point of buying big ass iPad while it has the same capacity as my iPhone?

Umm the 160gb iPods are magnetic Drives as apposed the the ssd that you get in your iOS devices... So ur point sucks.

Going off of what dDuh said: Just imagine the thickness of the iPad (and iPhone) if they put a mechanical hard drive in it... And how much more fragile it would be too.

What ever said and done, 128 GB should be offered.
