Apple Has Sold 3 Million New iPads Since Its Launch on Friday
Apple’s CEO Tim Cook revealed that they had a “record weekend” and were “very thrilled” with the new iPad launch during the conference call where he and and Peter Oppenheimer, Apple’s CFO discussed Apple’s plans to initiate quarterly dividend and share repurchase program.
But everyone wanted to know how many new iPads did Apple end up selling during the launch weekend. Apple has just revealed that number and its staggering. Apple sold three million iPads since its launch on Friday.

No wonder they are making slight improvements when people buy no matter what is it. If they stick on cover Ipad 4 and orange case people will still buy like crazy. Don't get me wrong, Im neutral to all products in the world, i could not care less fighting between companies which one is better but I buy who releseas a good product and Ipad 2 is great and I don't see any worth upgrading till Ipad 4th generation if they make any big improvements.
