Apple Responds to New iPad Heating Issues, Says It Operates Well Within Thermal Specifications
Apple has just responded to the new iPad heating issues we reported earlier, where some users have been complaining on online forums that their new iPad feels a lot warmer than iPad 2 after extended usage.

I definitely noticed it getting hot, it actually felt uncomfortable and I rotated the iPad so I would hold it in a different area for a while. I don't think that my iPad is broken though, it's just has a lot more going on in it :D Will see if there is any slowdown now that it's getting hotter outside.
