Zynga Acquires OMGPOP, Developer of "Draw Something" For $200 Million
Zynga - world's biggest social gaming company has just announced that it has acquired New York-based social game developer OMGPOP, makers of hugely popular Pictionary-like mobile game - Draw Something that is available on iOS, Android and Facebook.
It is widely speculated that Zynga has paid $200 million or more to acquire OMGPOP.

That is alot of money, really.

This is very true to Zynga's mantra of stealing and existing game and marketing the hell out of it. I still see no way that it is worth that kind of money but then again people love to play mindless games and apparently pay for them as well.
