iPhone Mod Adds Flashlight to Headphone Jack Along With Glowing Apple Logo
iPatch - a UK-based iPhone repair company that had come up with a mod that makes the Apple logo at the back of iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S to glow like Macbooks have been working on enhancing the iPhone mod to include a headphone jack torch alongside the glowing Apple logo.

yup..agreed. be nice if they release a cydia or even an app but i doubt that as apple wudnt allow it to be able to turn it on and off seperate from the screen.

i thought apple served a cease and desist order against this group for trademark infringement on the glowing apple mod. I could be wrong. Anyone?

ipatch did not invent the glowing mod at all, in fact if you read on their site they havn't even finished it, and i already have one sitting next to me from KOGADGET that i purchased 3 months ago, not installed it yet as i'm too scared to lol

I tried to install mine from ko gadget and ruined my iPhone 4s now my 16 gb is a paperweight, lucky I had a 32 gb 4s, but it still hurts knowing I broke an iPhone my tampering with the insides

Poloboogie what did you break??Took me a good hour to do mine and I have to confess it was a challenge especially connecting the LCD screen to the board with tape. I've never done anything like this before so had to triple check every step of the instructions. I think the apple logo looks good (not perfect) but I don't see the headphone jack being a good idea.

I installed the kogadget glowing apple on my iPhone4 pretty easy installation just need some patients, no noticeable battery difference

What is the point. Apple might just give this feature in future iPhones, who knows?

Why don't they invest in putting a mini projector in the headphone jack?

Well the point is people might want it on there phone now. Hell apple might put a teleporter on there phone in the future but if some makes a mod to do it now then hell beam me up iPhone 4s cause I don't want to wait until iPhone 40s. Come on people if your going to put up a stupid comment like this please don't waste space.

if the device currently displays the logo, then "enhancing" the logo without changing it is fair-use.
