We've seen quite a few companions apps for televisions hit the App Store, but we've to admit, we haven't seen anything quite like this one.

Channel 5's The Gadget show aired the world’s first 360 degree promo for the new series of The Gadget Show: World Tour, which allowed iOS device users to use the accelerometer to guide their away around the 360º experience using a companion app from the App Store (iTunes link).
