TuneUp Gives Shazam and SoundHound a Run for Their Money
Music tagging on iOS devices has been dominated thus far by two apps: Shazam and SoundHound. TuneUp, previously known solely for their iTunes cleaning plugin, has now launched their own music identification app in the App Store.

My understanding was Shazam is free now with unlimited tagging....

Shazam has shazam friends, ad tagging, lyric play, iTunes integration etc.I use shazam red which someone else paid for.

After downloading and using it a couple times, my phone started getting real laggy and then actually crashed. Restarted and it's working fine now, will try it again later when I'm not at work :-)

The normal shazam blue is unlimited - Go look at app store

I don't know of anyone has had this problem when your iPhone has all of a sudden dropped sound? It happened to me so I decided to make a simple step by step article on my site iphonenosound.com if you have any problems have a look. I was using shazam and tried to play back song but no sound. Thankfully I fixed the issue...
