ITC Rules Apple Violates Motorola's 3G Patent
Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc has won a partial U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) judge's ruling in its bid to block imports of Apple's iOS devices.
At very worst, the ITC could completely ban the import of Apple's iPhone, the iPod Touch and iPad as Motorola has targeted them in the lawsuit.
