Dev Team Warn Jailbreakers to Avoid Updating to iOS 5.1.1
Apple has just released iOS 5.1.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, which includes some improvements and bug fixes.
However, MuscleNerd of iPhone Dev team has just tweeted that jailbreakers should not update to iOS 5.1.1, especially iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad 3 users if they want to jailbreak their iOS device.
MuscleNerd of iPhone Dev team just tweeted:
iOS 5.1.1 is out...jailbreakers beware! Owners of iPhone4S or iPad2/3 should stay away from it!

I hope this means that the job for 5.1 will be available for the 4S and iPad 3. I'm not updating :)

Well i think Pod2g should update his jailbreak if he can to 5.1.1 because here we are now Apple Just Uppercutted us yet again.... Dammit.

Oh no now we going to wait another 3 months for someone to claim they have a JB and then ask for votes on wether they should wait for iOS 6 or 10 or 100000000000 to release it. ROFLMAO!!!!!

"it is not clear if the exploits that pod2g has discovered in iOS 5.1 for the untethered jailbreak have been patched by Apple in iOS" If you stament means anything then it would also mean the waiting for iOS 6 to release the JB as it was asked before is basically useless for Apple will and pissbily could patch an exploit even if they do not know about it or a JB has been released derp derp!!!, unless that moron 1onIc sold out to Apple. right? right? again ROFLMAO!

I have just discovered an exploit in iOS 5.1.1 that lets you have an untethered jailbreak on all devices,I'm a new HaCkEr and may release the "BIGarMs" jailbreak overnight......

Honestly, why can't anyone see the bullshit "Dev team" is dragging this out to get the tons of donations they get!!! Why is there not another team on this? This is the biggest cell phone community on a single phone in the WORLD and we've got ONE PERSON on the jailbreak?! And don't come at me with some lame-ass "why don't you do it".The question is... ****... so accidently updated my ipad 3 to 5.1.1 am I really going to have a problem jailbreaking it later? I had my ipad 2 jailbroken perfectly, but never bothered to do it to my new 3, but just updated and now read this post. What should I do because I do want to jailbreak it soon. Thanks!
