To: Ira Eisenstein...if you are using a Mac, garageband will allow you to export an MP3 (30 seconds) to your iPhone.

To Ira Eisenstein.. Also, if you aren't a mac user i would reccomend iringer which is a great app for windows users that cuts songs into ringtones for you, you just select which part you want and press export, it even puts it right into itunes for you

If ur iPhone's version is still 1.1.4 u can install PhoneZap in the installer app. u can set anyone of if iPod songs as ringtones plus it's also a social networking app for iPhone's
