I can understand them "banning" the book, but why not allow them to publish the reader?
The reader isn't questionable.
Apple is being a little hypocritical (SP?). I can find several adult oriented podcasts, video podcasts, movies, and songs that are freely and easily accessible to children. Why hasn't apple banned or removed them???

That app looks so sweet- it's a shame that apple would ban it. Especially since its just a reader. It's like banning quicktime because you can view offensive material on it; it's ridiculous.
You can't ban the medium.
Instead apple should just figure out a way to rate apps as well as any material available on their products to avoid lawsuits that they may fear. Either way I'm sad to see such a nice looking app go to waste.

Thats why people have to hack these phones so they can do what they want and also load what they want on the phones
