My problem after installing itune 8 is I can't even boot up in safe mode with my vista ultimate, would be nice to know if there is any solution for my problem

if I try to boot up in regular mode without iphone connected, the blue screen of death appears almost immediately after the restart, in safe mode, it got as far as the items loading in the task bar then comes the blue screen of death.
