Rumor: Apple Looking to Buy High-End HDTV Maker Loewe
AppleInsider reports that Apple is in talks with Germany's high-end HDTV maker Loewe AG.
Accord to AppleInsider, Apple has offered 87.3 million euros (about $112 million U.S.) , a significant 48% premium from Loewe's closing price on Friday.

Actually Apple has enough money to buy just about everyone - It would never happen but they could buy out Sony with all their financial woes these days... They're both upper end of the market and quality products too but Sony will chug along, limping....
