Reveal: Upcoming Jailbreak Tweak Allows You to Scroll Through Notifications
Reveal is a cool new jailbreak tweak that should be available in Cydia shortly.
The jailbreak tweak enhances the iOS Notification feature, by allowing users to scroll through text in the banner notification or the notification on the Lock screen.
The iOS banner notifications are quite useful, the alerts pop up discreetly at the top of your screen, without interrupting what you’re doing, if it's important, then you can tap on the notification to launch the app to check the notification.

Thanks for the write-up! To answer your question, if a banner is scrollable (i.e. there's more content than what's viewable directly), the dismissal gesture is disabled so there are no conflicts whatsoever.

Normally when a notification comes across the status bar you can swipe on it with a finger to the left and it will quickly dismiss it. Comes in handy sometimes when it gets in the way of a button and u have to wait there for it to Finnish.
