Apple And Samsung Fail to Reach Agreement in Talks Over Patent Disputes

This doesn't come as a big surprise.

The chief executives of Apple and Samsung met for a court-moderated discussion on Monday and Tuesday to settle the long-standing patent dispute between the two companies.

But not surprisingly, The Korea Times reports that Apple and Samsung could not reach a settlement during the court moderated discussion.
