Mockup of iOS 6 Maps App in 3D Mode
It is widely speculated that iOS 6 will feature a new Maps application with an 3D mode.
BGR reports that they've got some blurry photos of the new Maps application from a trusted source. Based on those photos, they have created mockups of the new Maps application, which gives a glimpse of what the app may look like.

Apple just confirmed WWDC2012 falls on June 11.

This is really cool. Hopefully we can get this on IOS6.

Wow another mock up. Who gives a damn about what someone not connected with Apple thinks. Again, I'll draw a mock up using faeces and my own y front underwear as a canvas and it's likely to be as close as guess as this cretin's.

I wonder if Google will come out with an app for iOS 6 if Apple removes it as the default map

I'm English, the home of the English language... the ENGLISH spelling of the word is in fact Faeces, the American spelling of the word is Feces. Another butchering of our beautiful language... reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feces and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_and_British_English_spelling_differences

Hear hear. It is also 'realise' not 'realize'. What are they doing to our beautiful language? On a seperate note, google maps works really well, especially in London with train and tube directions. Apple will really have to produce something first class to better the already excellent maps app. Lets hope it is not half arsed.

The English language is Germanic and has its early origins in the tribes of North Western Europe, The Jutes from Jutland peninsular in Denmark, The Angles from Southern Denmark and the Saxons of North Germany before they invaded the Romano -Brythonic speaking Isle of Britannia in 449 AD when it became known as English.
