Snapseed - the popular photo-editing app that won the 2011 iPad app of the year from Apple is free (again). Snapseed is a universal app so it is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. You can download it using this App Store link - http://itunes.apple.com/app/snapseed/id439438619?mt=8.
We're not sure for how long it will be free so don't miss out on this opportunity and download it while it's free.

If I remember correctly, Cut The Rope Experiments was free for about a week. I expect Snapseed to be like it too :)
