Why am I getting "you do not have permission to do that" when trying to post a comment?

Tried to post a comment on the blog about the new MBP this morning, says I dont have permission. I posted a comment on it less than 12 hours ago, the site contact form isn't working, so I have to ask here. The new look website and forum have also put every previous comment section out of context, replies are not linked to relevant posts, it's a mess.

Regarding comments ... we have moved from a threaded structure to a flat structure. With the new commenting system, we currently don't have an option to offer threaded comments.
