Random Square in Open Folders

About 4 or 5 days after I Jailbroke (Jailbreaked? Tense?) I now have this random square dark grey linen block that shows up in open folders. It only occurs in open folders. ANyone have any suggestions?
Using iPhone 4S, WinterBoard -> 266 Theme
Clicked themes:
266sd Icons [Patch]
266 Icons
266 Icons [Users]
266DockBG
Transparent Dock
Solid Status Bar
No Undocked icon Labels
No Docked Icon Labels
Black Navigation Bars
Any advice would be great!

Try finding the file that replaces the standard linen background in the folder, and remove it. Then, mess around with the size of that image (make it larger) and see if that works.
