Signal bars wont work

i have an iPhone 4 with iOS 5.1.1 i am trying to change the signal bars and Wifi bars etc every one i have downloaded wont work when i respring any suggestions if i have to change the file name i will need someone to walk me through it as i am new to this...

i can change the carrier logo and name but the signal bars and wifi bars wont change i want to change them to signal dots (HD) which i downloaded on cydia for winterboard but they wont change when i respring

you probably need to enable it through Winterboard, because some of these tweak need Winterboard to work.
