Intelligent learning for Gevey Ultra S sim

I have an original sim with a non us company "Claro". I would like to use another company using the unlock features of the Gevey Ultra S however it comes configured for an ATT locked phone. I followed the instructions entering Settings>Phone>SIM Apps but there is no "COPY SIM" option. I can not get the sim to work. Is there an alternative process to invoke the "Intelligent learning" for the Gevey Sim. Help....
