Syncing the status of the notifications across iOS devices is pretty cool ... that will defn save me some seconds of my life (or probably hours based on how many notifications I get) ... can't wait to install iOS 6 when it comes out

I can't understand why Apple didn't enable Notification Center via the Lock screen .. Haven't had any issue with IntelliScreenX.
If the issue is battery life or privacy concerns, they should at least give us the option along with a warning so that everyone knows what they are getting into when they enable it. -
Gotta agree with xtremee here, lock screen access should definitely be an option.
Other new stuff is win though. -
I used to use intelliscreen a TON, but then I decided to just do away with the lock screen altogether. NoLockscreen and NoSpot are two of the first things I install after I jailbreak.

Hmm weird. I'm on iOS 5.1.1 and I have the iMessage Beta and I do get it both on my iphone and on my Mac but if I read it on my Mac, the notification disappears on my phone (just like the clip shown).

@Shadowbech this is between iOS devices

The iMessage always had the notification syncing... Other apps didn't have it in iOS5... And unfortunately still do not have it in iOS6...
The whole issue is not correct, it's only an iMessage thing, and it had always been the case before! -
@fletchergull its not just limited to iMessage

they need to offer better notifications in general. this is one area apple has lacked in. they should put notification icons on the top bar, as well as give the option to setup a repeat for alerts, such as time between each and for how long you want it to last
