syncing iPod after using senuti

i installed senuti to get some music from iPod to my iTunes on the computer. i saw that i had to disable 'auto' sync to start the process. Now if i sync it (for things like calendar...) will it undo the music i copied? just wondering...won't sync again until i hear back from you smarties...thanks
