IPhone 3GS '5.0.1' '5.16.05' NO Service Fix

Hello!!
I have a Canadian IPhone with IOS 5.0.1 baseband 5.16.05, I want to use it in Qatar, It was already jail broken through Red Snow ‘0.9.11b2’ but I am unable to use it in Qatar since its giving ‘No-Service’. I repeat the jail break process through same Red Snow ‘0.9.11b2’, it complete the whole process reboot the phone, installed Cydia successfully but still its giving ‘No Service’.
Can anyone guide me how to fix that issue?

Launch Cydia from the homescreen
Tap on the Search tab and search for ‘ultrasn0w’. That last “o” is actually the number zero “0”. If you use the letter “o” you’ll get an error.
Select ultrasn0w from the search results. (Cydia would have the latest version of Ultrasn0w so you don't need to worry about the version).
Then tap on the Install button.
Tap on the Confirm button.
You will be prompted to Restart SpringBoard, tap on it.
Reboot your iPhone, your iPhone should now be successfully unlocked. -

Yeah ideally it should prompt you to reboot your iPhone, if it doesn't use the usual way to reboot/restart your iPhone.

i repeat the whole process & installed 'ultrasn0w' through 'cydia' exactly in the same manner as defined by you but after the whole process i inserted sim & it keep on 'searching'.....
kindly guide further...... -
@murtazapk786 sorry didn't realize you are on 05:16:05 baseband ... it is currently not possible to unlock it using Ultrasn0w.

You can check out Gevey Ultra S .. which is the hardware method ... but we're not sure if it works on 05:16:05.

This phone was jail broken in Canada & was working fine, however when I came to Qatar I connect it to the I Tunes with IOS 5.0.1 before inserting my Qatar SIM, I Tunes asked to update 5.1.1 since it’s the updated IOS therefore I select ‘download & install’ but just after 2 minutes download it got disturbed & discontinue without updating & install.
Kindly confirm does this process hamper the functionality?
