Is there a way to Jailbreak iphone 4s 5.1.1 without an activation?

I have an iphone 4s that's not activated and every time i use redsn0w/absinthe jailbreak's it tell's me the phone needs to be activated 1st. Is there an easy way around this? Thanks again.

U can always activate it with any of ur friends' sim card first. Jb it then take the card back out!

I had to go purchase one for 25 bucks though but well worth for the jailbreak.
