i want to acces my iphone 4s hard drive files over wifi is there anyway possible i have a ipone 4s and its jailbroken?

Yup, it's possible. Install OpenSSH from Cydia. And don't forget to change the default password.

to add to what @iphonehacks said, after installing OpenSSH you'll have to install an SSH client on your PC/Mac. I'd recommend WinSCP for the PC, and CyberDuck (not tried) for the Mac. While logging in, the user would be root and the password would be alpine. As said above, change it via the pwd command.
