If you are one, who really wants to try iOS 6 but does nor have $99 to pay for Developer Account, then here is how you can install iOS 6 and bypass activation.

NOTE : YOU MAY LOOSE CARRIER OR CELLULAR NETWORK ON ANY IPHONE / IPAD

But, i havent tested it my self on any cellular nerwork based devices, so im not sure either.

If you have A4 device and willing to update to iOS 6, you don't have to worry about loosing anything. It works on A5 devices but need to change some stuff.

You need to know that to do this, you have to jailbreak your device, and currently you can only tether jailbreak A4 devices.

Download the following :

iOS 6 Beta from wwe.imzdl.com
iTunes 10.6 from wwe.itunes.apple.com
Download iPhone Browser from http://code.google.com/p/iphonebrowser/downloads/list
Download latest Redsnow Beta! From http://blog.iphone-dev.org/redsn0w-iOS6

----------------
HOW TO
----------------

First install the new iTunes, then back up your device.

Then update to iOS 5.1.1 (if you are already on 5.1.1 dont do anything)

Now, Put your iDevice in DFU mode. (google if you dont know what is DFU mode.)

Now holt CTRL and press check for updates.

Now browse to your downloaded IPSW.

Let it install, after it finishes installing dont complete the setup!

Once you in the "Choose wifi" part, put your iDevice back to DFU mode.

Open Redsnow, go to extras, and select the manual IPSW.

Now go back and jailbreak.

After Jailbreak is done, ot will reboot.

If you dont see it reboot after 5 mins, do a teathered reboot.

Now open iPhone Browser.

And go to : system/library/coreservices/systemversion.plist.

Make a back of this .plist to your desktop.

And open this file using notepad.

Now find this : http://pastebin.com/5pwd4R5A

And elete it, then save it.

Put back the file in to the device.

Now do a teathred reboot, and comple the setup without the need of developer account registration!

NOTE : INSTALLING CYDIA ON iOS IS POSSIBLE! BUT, I WOULD NOT EXPLAIN HOW SINCE SAURIK DIDNT RELEASE IT, AND WAS RELEASED BY WYNDWARRIOR.

Possible good things of installing cydia manually :

Enable 3d maps in non A5 devices, test other tweaks.

But, no gurantee of Cydia working 100%
