Yeah... I REALLY see any judge banning the import of iPhones and iPads...
As big an Apple fan as I am, I have to admit... These lawsuits they file are getting to be ridiculous... They need to focus on moving iOS forward, continuing to bring new technology to the consumer, and building superior devices and less on worrying what Samsung and Motorola ate copying.
(and to make my point actually make sense... I don't believe Motorola would have filed this suit at all if not for Apple's attack on them) -
Really? Your tag line is "could be banned" and the last sentence is "but the commission says that it will take into account public interest before delivering any decision to ban sales of iPhones or iPads"... do you honestly think they would ban these products? This is just bad journalism. The sad thing is that every blog and news site out there will now pick up your tag line and repost this dribble. Why not report some real news that's real and substantial and stay away from the speculation.

@SmottyofDHS point taken, we've updated the title of the post.

hahaha i could only imagine what would happen to the judge if he supported this. You would be banning basically half the population's phones who have cellular devices ( i don;t mean figuratively because I'm just generally stating the percentage of iPhone and iPad users, don't take it seriously if you are offended)
