I followed MacRumors link and it took to me it on the App Store. Couldn't find it by searching for it.
Edit: I'm in Los Angeles btw -

I didn't find it in the UK App Store but I opened the link given above and pressed View in iTunes button. I downloaded it to my computer as I was downloading it from the UK App Store. iTunes gave me an error 54 saying it was unable to save the file, but my iPhone downloaded the app via iCloud automatically. iTunes on my computer cannot save this app but it is working like a charm on my iPhone thanks to the iCloud sync.
