Tweak to stop Mobile Safari from refreshing?

Tabs on mobile safari refreshes every so often and it's really annoying. Are there any jailbreak tweaks to stop this from happening?

    Options
    Tabs refresh because the RAM runs out of free memory because of which the pages have to be purged. This is a hardware restriction that I doubt could be taken care of by a jailbreak tweak.
