    Seriously?! the icon is almost 100% identical. Would apple be this stupid? While I have no issues with the chinese people as a whole themselves, there are scammers everywhere... And China has been known for their corrupt government officials when it comes to stuff like this. IMHO I wouldn't be surprised if some patent clerk forged documents to state that these patent were in place by 2006. Company wins a lawsuit, gets money, and gives said patent clerk a decent kickback. Win win for China against the all evil empire of Apple and the US.
