Transfer photos over wifi to network drive

I'm new to Jailbreaking (and maybe this can be done without jailbreaking). Here's what I want to do. I have a home network set up with a large networked drive. I want to be able to access the drive from my iphone and transfer my photos to it, without a computer. Ideally, I'd love for this to be a tweak that would work from right inside the native iphone photos app. If not, then just something that is clean and simple, that works much like regular coded photo tranfer to a computer would. Anyone?

Photostream doesn't work for u? (http://www.iphonehacks.com/2011/10/the-complete-icloud-guide.html)
There's another option - dropbox which isn't as good as photostream. You'll have to open the app everytime to trigger uploads (http://www.iphonehacks.com/2012/06/dropbox-gets-automatic-photo-video-uploads.html) -
I don't want to use a cloud. I want to send them straight to my network drive. The apps I've seen for this all require a computer. I want to be able to do it from the phone to the drive, no computer.

What network drive are you using? Is it a dedicated NAS or just a networked external drive? I have a synology DS212j and that has a dedicated app for just this purpose, it even works over HTTP to transfer over the Internet when not at home.

I have a my book world edition.

There is a WD photo app, but it only allows upload in WD Live drives. Not mine.

You really need a dedicated NAS box for what you want to do, simple network drives have little or no control, they are simply a storage device for your network. A NAS will give you loads of added features and flexibility.

I know next to nothing about networking, but on my Android tablet I have total access of my network. I use an app called es File explorer, but can't seem to find something like it for the iPhone.

Ok, what you need is an app called FileBrowser by stratospherix, it's on the app store and does not require jailbreak. It can see every drive on a local network and it's very simple to use, just enter the IP address of your network drive and username/password if needed and you're all set. I've tested this myself so I know it works, and not just for photos, for any file type.

With iPad Magic, you can transfer photos, videos, music, books, etc. between iPad, iTunes and computer at ease. Moreover, it also enables you to convert audio and video files, rip CD and DVD discs, download online videos, make ringtones and more. Also, it works well on iOS 7 and iTunes 11.
