Ingenious? I think so! Style points? I think so! Simple? I think not! Congrats to Tanveer for beating Apple to it. But I don't think it's worth tryin' bc doing so will .... 1) Void your warranty, 2) risk damaging your phone, 3) NOT be simple to do (contrary @ThexRealxTaco, unless it was sarcasm), 4) NOT be any more convenient than the conventional USB charger (plugging a phone IN a charger is NOT any more troublesome than putting a phone ON a charger), and 5) REQUIRE you to carry along with you a MUCH BIGGER charging device (that pad is much more cumbersome than a wound-up USB cord)!

Well, @MuscleMass, I wasn't exactly being sarcastic.
It is by no means SIMPLE, but it was far less intensive a process than I would have expected. If you think about the implications of what this offers, it is really much simpler than I personally would have ever believed. -

I want this mod, but it seem to complicated. I would most likely **** up my iPhone trying.
