SAM notification error

So I tried unlocking my phone I followed all the steps but when I tried to "attempt activation" I received an error message "Activation reports error: ActivationInfo rejected. You mush select the original carrier SIMID of your phone." I am not very tech savy, can someone give me a detailed description of how I should solve this problem.

The SAM unlocking solution has been blocked by Apple so it won't work.
