The XOOM? Really? I had one once, it is nothing like an iPad, except for it also being a tablet. Is Apple trying to patent the tablet as a whole? There were other tablets on the market long before the iPad came along. What Apple did was streamline it and made it attractive for the average consumer. Ridiculousness.
