Would it be possible to sincronize my iphone through wifi again?

Hi there guys! I know there is a way to synchronize my iphone 4s via wifi, but ny issue is that since my usb ports of my mac are no longer working I have no way to plug the usb cord for the first time and check the box of sincronize via wifi. Is there a way to make Itunes recognize my iphone again?
I would like to mention that My wife has another mack book and since this happened I was forced to sincronize my iphone there but obviously she needs her mack to work and I can do anything with mine!! Hope you can help me!

itunes can detect over the wifi devices but only if you have previously synced the device with it
